2.   What should I wear to a Swingers party ?

Most people just wear what you would wear to a back yard BBQ, but some girls like to dress up and be the centre of attention. Either way is fine !

 

3.   What type of people will be at this party ? ( It could depend on what type of themed party it is too )

We will be very selective on who we invite to our parties, we do try to get a group of people that will all suit each other

 

4.   Is there somewhere to put my drinks and keep them cold ?

Yes we have 4 large fridges to put everyone's drinks and we also have drinking water in mugs. Also there are plenty of Spirit and wine Glasses just ask the hosts to point you in the right direction.

 

5.   Will my partner and I be safe at this party ?

This is a very safe environment for new couples to come and have a look or dabble in a liitle fun. We have never had any issue's with Drugs, drunks, or drink spiking as everyone that does get an invite we have carefully selected as to try and keep everyone safe.

 

6.   Is the place clean and Hygenic ?

Yes we wash all sheets and towels etc after every party and disinfect all toilets and even go as far as spaying Glen 20 before and after every party.

 

7.   Is the premises itself safe ?

Yes its very safe we even have a fire extinguisher and fire blanket. We also make sure that all exits are unlocked and free to get out if an emergency ever did occur.

 

8.   Will there be any single males there - for all the couples ?

Friday night single males are allowed but not on Saturday nights

 

9.   Do we supply condoms or lube or even food ?

We do supply some condoms but please bring some in case we run out. There will be some nibbles available after 8pm. If you come for the BBQ well that speaks for itself.

 

10. Is there parking available ?

There is plenty of parking available 

 

11.  Are there towels provided ?

Yes there are hand towels, bath towels and tissue's in all area's. Bath towels supplied for SPA also

 

12.  Are we allowed to play in the rooms inside the house ?

Yes, but if a door is closed don't open it is the Rule !

 

13.  Are we allowed to have sex anywhere on the property ?

No inside Only

 

14.  Are we allowed to have sex in the pool ?

No, but you are allowed to have oral sex from the edge of the spa or only.

 

15.  What type of food will be provided for Meet and Greet BBQ's ??

Mostly just Sausages and Ricoles and a tossed salad. And some cheese and Kabana and biscuits.

17.  Do we have any Rules ?

Yes we have very strict rules. The main one being NO MEANS NO.

The following rules also apply -

If a door is closed don't open or knock on it.

If a door is open ask to enter if someone is already in there.

We do not allow drugs of any type.

We do not allow drunks or abusive behaviour

Everyone must be treated with respect at all times

You must put all condoms in the bins provided

In open area's you must still ask to join in.

No photography

No prostitution
